Featuring 5000 square feet of luxurious space, this 5 bedroom villa is warm and inviting with a homely feel throughout and excellent facilities.

Featuring an expansive kitchen that opens out to a large dining room and relaxing living room, the design is inviting and tranquil throughout. The main living areas look out to the pool deck and have views of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped and you have a complimentary Arrival Chef Service (groceries are extra) on your first evening and arrangements can be made for additional services during your stay.

There are 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests at Villa Estrella Del Mar. The Master bedroom with King size bed is on the First Level and has an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 further bedrooms on the First Level, one with a King and one with a Queen size bed and they share a bathroom. Bedroom 4 is on the Second Level and is like a Junior Suite with King size bed and en-suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom is located on the lower ground and acts as a media room but includes 2 sleeper sofas, ideal for older children. Also on this level you will find a pool table, full bar and bathroom. All bedrooms feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans and window screens.

Estrella Del Mar is conveniently located within 20 minutes’ walk to the attractions of 5th Avenue – Playa Del Carmen’s 3km promenade, filled with fabulous restaurants, cafes, shops and trendy nightlife.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are also provided for guests who wish to spend the day at the beach.
