Villa Hacienda Mare, Puerto Aventuras, boasts over 16,000 sq ft of pure luxury with 15 Suites (14 bedrooms with ensuite bath and a den). There are 7 bedrooms in the main villa and two casitas (little houses) in the grounds (one with 4 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms plus den). The magnificent villa is located right on the sandy Fatima Bay beach in Puerto Aventuras, is just one hour south of Cancun.

Hacienda Mare is perfect for vacations, weddings, events, corporate retreats, yoga workshops and more! For larger groups and events Hacienda Mare may be rented alongside Hacienda C and Hacienda K next door.

Entering the villa you are welcomed by the amazing view of the ocean. The house, designed by the owners keeps the original hacienda features, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art. A myriad of colors combine and contrast creating a vibrant feeling of Mexico here at Hacienda Mare Puerto Aventuras. The court yard leads to 4 guest suites.

The huge open plan living and dining room overlooks the swimming pool and ocean. The living room has lots of sofa, large flat screen Satellite TV and Vonage Telephone for free calls to the USA. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is beautiful! Just off the living room there is a library also with flat screen TV and Xbox. From here walk out to the covered terrace which stretches the length of the villa, here you have dining alfresco for 30 guests, comfy lounging chairs and to the side there is also an outdoor shower. Poolside there are many chaises for you to sit back relax and enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere. There is a BBQ gas grill for cooking up the catch of the day.

Upstairs in the main villa there are 3 fabulous ocean front king suites, each suite has walk out to a huge terrace that stretches the entire length of the property.

From the villa you can step right onto the white sandy palm fringed Fatima Bay beach. The snorkeling from the beach is fantastic if  may even spot a turtle! Hacienda Mare has kayaks for guests use to explore the beautiful Bay

Within the estate are two casitas (little houses), one casita has 4 suites and the other has 3 suites and a den. On the lower level of the casita you have an amazing games room with billiard and table tennis.

The villa is very close to the centre of Puerto Aventuras, which has a marina area with Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office. There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to visit other local attaractions such as Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha, Xplor, world class scuba diving and much more!
